Important Information%u2022 Along with your points, Housekeeping Credits are required for the following transactions:- Resort Reservations- Club Pass Reservations%u2022 1 Housekeeping Credit is required per reservation, along with your points, regardless of length of stay or suite size and is deducted from the Use Year in which travel occurs.%u2022 Housekeeping Credits cannot be borrowed.%u2022 Any unused Housekeeping Credits will expire at the end of your Use Year. %u2022 Legacy VIP Members will continue to receive unlimited Housekeeping Credits.%u2022 For biennial contracts, Housekeeping Credits will be allocated on the years you receive your points.%u2022 Housekeeping Credits cannot be applied toward additional suite cleanings during your stay.%u2022 If you run out of Housekeeping Credits, you can purchase an additional credit for $185 at the time of booking.%u2022 Housekeeping Credits will be returned to the Use Year from which they came when a reservation is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.%u2022 Funds used to purchase rented Housekeeping Credits will be refunded to the original source of payment when a reservation is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.Guest ConfirmationsGive the gift of vacation to your friends and family, and send them on a trip to their favorite destinations using a Guest Confirmation. Anytime you book a vacation where you or another owner on your membership are not going to be personally checking in and staying in the suite, a Guest Confirmation is required.You are given 2 Guest Confirmations each calendar year on January 1, regardless of your Use Year. Any unused Guest Confirmations expire at the end of the calendar year.
