But remember, the availability will be less the longer you wait to make your reservations, especially for holidays and high-demand times. So when you are requesting an Express Reservation, have some alternative dates and locations in mind. RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONSOur preferred method of sending reservation confirmations is via email. We ask that you please keep your account updated with your current email address. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of making your reservation. Should you not have an email address on file with us, you will receive a written confirmation letter by U.S. Mail within 10 business days of making your reservation.Your confirmation will include information about your reservation, suite and resort features, area attractions, and driving directions to the resort. CANCELING A RESERVATIONWe encourage you to make your vacation reservations as far in advance as possible, when availability is greatest. We realize that sometimes your plans change, and you may need to cancel your vacation. To cancel a reservation, contact one of our Club Wyndham Discovery Vacation Guides at 800-251-8736 option 1 then option 2. VIP Members may call 866-313-8545. The following cancellation policy applies to all resort reservations:For reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the points used for the reservation will be returned to your account as Club Wyndham Discovery points. These points expire 24 months from your enrollment date.For reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the Club Wyndham Discovery points used for the reservation will be forfeited. CHECKING INTO THE RESORTArriving for vacation is an exciting time and we look forward to welcoming you to our resorts. Our resort staff is committed to providing you a smooth check-in and a wonderful vacation experience! In addition, most resorts have implemented a mandatory non-smoking policy. This information will also be included in your confirmation letter.%u2022 We would like to remind you that any damages to the suite are the responsibility of the Member.%u2022 Please remember that room views are not guaranteed and the resort reserves the right to assign suites of the same type as confirmed with your reservation.%u2022 If you decide to leave early, it will result in the forfeiture of the remainder of your reservation and no Club Wyndham Discovery points will be returned to your account in accordance with the Club Wyndham Discovery Cancellation Policy. 175
