The Start Date listed on your Membership Agreement can be immediate or up to 6 months from the date of purchase, depending on when you meet the minimum financial requirements for travel. You are eligible to request reservations up to 10 months in advance of your requested check-in, so it is not necessary to wait until your Start Date to begin vacation planning. What is the significance of my %u201cStart Date%u201d and %u201cEnd Date%u201d?You may travel during the time period between the Start Date and End Date listed on your Membership Agreement. This time frame indicates when you are eligible to travel using your points. Please note that since all travel must be completed by the End Date, we may contact you periodically to assist you in vacation planning as we want to ensure that you receive maximum utilization of your points. If I want to travel before my Start Date on my Membership Agreement, what do I need to do?Just call us! Contact the Club Wyndham Discovery Planning Center and we can assist you with meeting the minimum financial requirements needed for travel eligibilityIf I meet the minimum financial requirements early and I choose to travel before the Start Date listed on my Membership Agreement, will it affect the End Date?Yes, if you meet the minimum financial requirements in advance of when they are due and make travel arrangements prior to your Start Date, your End Date will now be now be determined by the date you made your reservation.How far in advance should I request my vacation? The sooner the better, as all reservations are based upon space availability. In fact, we can get started during your initial activation call! As a rule, holiday, summer and special event time periods require more advance planning than other times. Members may begin confirming reservations during the Standard Reservation period, beginning 10 months in advance of the check-in date. Express Reservation requests may begin 2 months in advance of the check-in date and require flexibility as availability of this inventory can be very limited so close to the check-in date.When is the best time to call? Although we always answer member calls as quickly as possible, we do experience the greatest call volume on Mondays, the days following holidays and late in the afternoon, Eastern Time. What if I need to correct or update my personal information? You can update your personal information online in the My Membership section of clubwyndham.com. In order to maintain the confidentiality of your records, we only allow Members who signed the Membership Agreement the ability to request reservations and related benefits.Do I receive all the same benefits as Club Wyndham Members?Many of the destinations included in the Club Wyndham Membership program are also available to Club Wyndham Discovery Members. However, because this is a trial membership program, the benefits available within this program are limited compared to the benefits provided to Club Wyndham Members.How strict are the occupancy levels? Occupancy levels are strictly enforced. Due to safety, fire and legal requirements, you are allowed the maximum number of people to occupy the unit.Why are there some Club Wyndham properties that Club Wyndham Discovery Members cannot travel to?Since your Membership is a trial membership program, only certain resorts are available to Club Wyndham Discovery Members for reservations. The Club Wyndham Discovery resorts available for you to travel to are those that have the resources to further explain the many owner benefits available through the Club Wyndham program.How can I get more points?
