SVC TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONSSVC Travel GuidelinesThe following rules apply when confirming travel accommodations using points: Transaction fees are required for all travel accommodations. Cancellation policies vary based on the individual partner and may include up to 100% forfeiture of points depending on the time of cancellation. Exception: SVC at Sea Cancellation Policy: 91+ days prior to the travel dates is a 100% refund90-31 days prior to travel date is a 50% refund30 days or less no refund of pointsSVC by AirPoints can be used to purchase air travel one way or round-trip. Tickets are non-refundable.We encourage travelers to book in advance for the best availability. Tickets may be issued in any individual%u2019s name, but must be redeemed by the member or an authorized user on the account. Passengers traveling alone must be 15 years or older. Itineraries will be emailed to the member%u2019s email address. Shell Vacations Club does not work with charters, wholesalers or consolidators.The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all travelers to provide birth date and gender. If you have been issued a Redress or passenger number by the TSA you will need to supply that information at the time of reservation. Members are responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation required for entry into the destinations of choice. Please ensure you have a valid passport, visa or proof of citizenship (as required for the country you are visiting) at the time of your reservation. Any additional fees (baggage fees, upgrade fees, etc) are to be paid by the member at airport check-in.SVC at Sea%u00aeWe recommend that reservations be made at least 90 days prior to the sailing date. Any incidental fees or taxes (including and without limitations for port charges, custom fees, taxes, immigration fees, transfer charges and fuel charges) are the responsibility of the passenger at the time of boarding/check-in. Members are responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation required for entry into the destinations of choice. Please ensure that you have a valid passport, visa or proof of citizenship (as required for the countries you are visiting) at the time of your reservation. Member must be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years of age or older. All cruises purchased are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific cruise line. SVC by LandSVC by Land offers reservations with participating car rental companies. The member is responsible, at the time the rented vehicle is returned, for all additional rental days, any and all taxes, and any other charges not included in the reservation, including but not limited to insurance, upgrades, gasoline and added drivers. This rental is valid for one driver only. Any additional drivers must be added at the car rental counter. Any damages related to the rental are the responsibility of the member or renter.Renters must provide a credit card at the time of pick up. Debit cards are not an acceptable form of payment. Driver must show a valid driver%u2019s license that has been held at least one year prior to rental. Driver must be 25 years or older to rent and drive vehicle. For international travel, an advanced booking of 48 hours is required before pick up and for domestic travel, an advanced booking of 24 hours is required before pick up.Other InformationShell Vacations Club, its affiliates, airlines, car rental companies and the cruise lines do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, death or damage to person or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship/car, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/car/ship, for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of God, civil unrest, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing this offer to become unavailable or canceled.
