ServicesOver the course of your Club Wyndham membership, you may have questions about fees and assessments associated with your ownership. You may need to make adjustments to your ownership documents or have general questions about your membership in general. Your Club Wyndham team is here for you every step of the way to guide and manage your ownership plan, no matter where, when, or how far you plan to travel.Title and Ownership ChangesThe Title Services department is responsible for coordinating the issuance of Wyndham Vacation Resorts purchasers%u2019 ownership deeds, Club Wyndham Access ownership certificates, and, when applicable, mortgage satisfactions. The timing of the delivery of your deed is dependent upon local government requirements where the ownership interest is located. The average time frame for deed delivery is 6 months after payment of closing charges. The Title Services team can also assist you in updating Wyndham Vacation Resorts%u2019 records if you have made changes to your ownership or to the names on your account. Please contact Title Services should you have any questions regarding transferring your ownership, or adding or removing a name from your ownership. However, we recommend that you first contact your attorney or other professional for questions regarding deed transfers and estate or probate matters. Depending on the nature of the change, certain legal documents will be required before ownership records can be updated. Please note that an administrative processing charge of $399 will also apply. The program will also demonstrate how your assessment dollars are put to the best possible use. The Club Wyndham Assessment consists of 2 parts: 1. The Club Wyndham Program Fee (%u201cProgram Fee%u201d) 2. The underlying Home Owners%u2019 Association Maintenance Fee at your %u201chome%u201d resort (%u201cHOA Fee%u201d) The Program Fee is determined annually by the program%u2019s Board of Directors on a pro-rata basis depending on the number of points assigned to each Member.
