Club Wyndham Points %u2013 the symbolic unit of measure allocated to a Member in connection with the use rights in a Member%u2019s ownership interest, which has been assigned to the FairShare Vacation Plan Trust. Points have no intrinsic value separate and apart from the ownership interest. Points can be used to book reservations and other benefits within the Club Wyndham program. Points are used to establish value for seasons, suite size, and resort locations. Club Wyndham Prefer %u2013 Timeshare plans that allow Members to book reservations at a variety of resort locations within Club Wyndham Prefer West or Club Wyndham Prefer Hawaii based on a Member%u2019s ownership interest. The use right associated with a Club Wyndham Prefer West or Club Wyndham Prefer Hawaii ownership interest are assigned to the FairShare Vacation Plan Trust in exchange for Club Wyndham points.Club Wyndham Resort Collection %u2013 the resorts and hotels that are available directly through Club Wyndham using Club Wyndham points.
