Information GlossaryAdvance Reservation Priority (ARP) %u2013 a feature of the Club Wyndham program that allows Members priority to book reservations at their %u201chome%u201d resort(s) in advance of the Standard Reservation window. Refer to page 295 Affiliate Locations %u2013 resorts at which accommodations are made available when individual timeshare owners assign the use rights of their nonWyndham Vacation Resorts ownership interest to the Club Wyndham program. Associate Locations %u2013 additional locations where special short-term arrangements have been made. These locations are not developed or managed by Club Wyndham, and availability may be limited. Assigned Use Right %u2013 the right of an owner, determined by their deed or ownership interest, to use a specific suite, suite type, or a Presidential Reserve suite(s). Biennial Ownership %u2013 an ownership interest that includes the allocation of points with usage in either every even year or every odd year. The use rights of the ownership interest are assigned to the FairShare Vacation Plan Trust in exchange for Club Wyndham points. Bonus Points %u2013 additional points offered to some Members when they make a new purchase. The points are available for up to 24 months from their start date, and can be used to book reservations at Club Wyndham resort locations up to 10 months in advance of the desired date of check-in. Bonus Time - a points rental program allowing owners to book last-minute vacations 0-14 days prior to arrival by purchasing points at a rate of $5 per 1,000 points. Refer to page 301.Borrowing Points %u2013 during the Express Reservation window, if a Member needs additional points to complete a reservation, they have the option to borrow points only from the next available Use Year following the check-in date of the reservation. Refer to page 301. Charitable Gift %u2013 a feature that allows Club Wyndham Members to gift unused points to participating charities to be used for resort stays. Club Pass %u2013 an internal exchange program operated by Wyndham Club Pass, LLC and available to Club Wyndham Members that provides access to additional resorts using eligible Club Wyndham points.Club Wyndham %u2013 the FairShare Vacation Plan established by the FairShare Vacation Plan Trust. The FairShare Vacation Plan is also known as the Club Wyndham Plus Program and is also referred to as Club Wyndham. Club Wyndham Access Vacation Ownership Plan %u2013 a timeshare plan in which certain inventory at multiple resorts is deeded fee simple, without financial encumbrances to First American Trust, a Federal Savings Bank, as trustee for the PTVO Owners Association, Inc. (%u201cAssociation%u201d), the property owners association for Club Wyndham Access owners. The Association is the beneficiary of the trust. Club Wyndham Owner %u2013 an owner of an Ownership Interest in a timeshare plan that is affiliated with the Club Wyndham Plus exchange program, and that has assigned the usage rights associated with their timeshare interest to the Club Wyndham Plus exchange program. Club Wyndham Assessment %u2013 the fee owners pay to Club Wyndham for the operation of the program (%u201cProgram Fee%u201d) as well as to cover the expenses related to the use rights assigned to the FairShare Vacation Plan Trust, including the maintenance fees assessed by the Home Owners%u2019 Association of the %u201chome%u201d resort(s) (%u201cHOA Fee%u201d).
